1. Artisanal Nature & Freshness Guarantee

All paan recipes crafted at Banarasi Paan Bhandar are perishable gourmet confections folded by hand using fresh betel leaves sourced from Varanasi, Bihar, and local growers. For optimum aroma, texture, and taste:

• Fresh paans should be consumed promptly or stored in clean, climate-controlled conditions as advised by our artisans.
• Theatrical Fire Paans and Ice Paans are intended for immediate, on-site live consumption under the direct supervision of our trained staff.
• Packaged ceremonial gift hampers (such as bamboo jhudis and decorative boxes) should be kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

2. Wedding & Event Catering Bookings

We take immense pride in elevating weddings and celebratory occasions across Odisha. Event bookings are subject to the following terms:

• Reservation Confirmation: Wedding and corporate catering dates are confirmed upon receipt of an agreed advance deposit.
• Customization: Specialty menu curation, customized golden cone branding, and bespoke display fixtures must be finalized at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• On-Site Facilities: Clients must provide a safe, accessible, and hygienic counter space with suitable lighting for our master craftsmen and flambé setups.

3. Pricing, Ordering & Payment

Prices for boutique paans, catering packages, and hookah supplies are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments may be made via cash, UPI, or digital banking. While we make every effort to maintain consistent rates, seasonal availability of rare Varanasi leaves or festival-specific sweeteners (such as Rajo Festival specials) may occasionally impact pricing.

4. Hookah & Tobacco Regulations

In full accordance with Indian statutory requirements:

• Tobacco and nicotine products are strictly sold only to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• We reserve the right to verify legal age before fulfilling sales involving tobacco or shisha accessories.
• We feature an extensive selection of 100% herbal, tobacco-free molasses for enthusiasts seeking pure aromatic recreation.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Identity

The name “Banarasi Paan Bhandar”, brand logos, custom photography, product styling, and site design are the exclusive property of Banarasi Paan Bhandar (Est. 2008). Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial misuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services, catering engagements, or website shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
